Project Context
As construction began on a new luxury residential tower in downtown Toronto, the client sought a street-level installation that would elevate the hoarding and engage the surrounding urban community. Located in the heart of the historic garment district, the site offered a compelling backdrop for public art—one that mirrored the rhythm of the street while honouring the area’s creative and commercial legacy.

Our Solution
In collaboration with Toronto artist Michael Awad, we curated a dynamic photographic installation featuring high-resolution imagery from Toronto Fashion Week. Awad’s time-based photographic technique—capturing models mid-stride on the runway—mirrored the rhythm of pedestrians moving past the site. This contextually rich, street-level mural transformed standard construction hoarding into a vibrant expression of place, aligning with the building’s premium positioning while honouring the heritage of the surrounding garment district. The result was a temporary yet powerful visual experience that elevated the everyday and marked the development’s arrival with cultural impact.
